- All mattresses for sun loungers near the pool which have been badly worn and dirty for almost 10 years of use have been repaired. Now they are yellow; 

- Comfortable garden benches were installed on the sides of the pedestrian path by the pool which decorated and added comfort to the territory of the complex;

- A new trimmer was purchased to replace the old one which was constantly breaking down.

On April 22 the opening of the reconstructed playground in Orion City took place.

Work on its construction took 2,5 months. The old rubber coating along with the damaged concrete layer were replaced with new ones, the slide was moved to a new location, it was renovated and painted, new swings for older children were purchased, as well as new carousels and rocking chairs for the playground area. The area where the slide is now located was cleared of the roots of old trees and a new lawn was planted in these places. For parents there are two benches in different parts of the playground. Four lamps will illuminate the playing area in the dark. For a safer stay of children on the playground it was surrounded by a metal fence around the perimeter.

The opening of the playground was timed to coincide with the Children's Day which is celebrated in Turkey on April 23. On this occasion, all the children who visited the new playground on the day of its first day of operation received surprise gifts from Ayhan bey.  

We really hope that the new playground will become a favorite holiday destination for our children and their parents! We are proud that with your support we can implement more and more of the plans that have been set before us. We work with joy because all this is done for you!

Before the start of the summer season in Orion City preparatory work is being carried out.

During a detailed inspection of all the objects on the territory of the complex it suddenly became clear that our bridge over the pool is in disrepair and requires urgent repair or even complete replacement. All its components are almost completely rotted, as for 9 years it has never been repaired but only painted.

Since the complete replacement of the bridge was a long and expensive process it was repaired for the last time. At the expense of reserve funds the bridge beam was reinforced with steel constructions and the platform boards and balustrades were replaced. Now the bridge looks like a new one but in the future it will be necessary to plan the construction of a new bridge.

We are pleased to inform you that on January 23, 2021 an outdoor sports ground was opened for the residents of our complex.

It will be available around the clock and will allow all of us to spend our time there with health benefits.

In the spring many new flowers and compositions appeared in our garden. And these are not annuals that will please us only for one season. They will grow for many years and will become even more beautiful in the future. And we will live in happiness and positive energy coming from beautiful flowers!

Our barbecue area has always been one of the favorite places to relax in Orion City. But it has never been so bright and beautiful as it is now. And installed fans in the gazebos will help make the party even more enjoyable!
