Ayhan Yurutmen on behalf of our complex signed a contract for the use of the Oguzhan company beach from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020. The cost of rent for 1 year is 42,452 TL + tax 7,650 TL. Payment will be made in three steps.

The beach service will be organized by Oguzhan company employees. Use of the services and area of the Baron restaurant and bar which are located on the beach will be made for an additional fee, the contract does not apply to them.

Entrance to the beach area will be carried out strictly on the beach cards that apartment owners can buy in the office of Orion City. On the beach you will need to follow the rules of the beach. We will provide you with detailed information later.
