Business handover from Easy Home to new Board Members took place

After numerous unsuccessfull attempts business handover from management company Easy Home to new Board Members of Orion City took place on 09/11/2019.

Remind you the chronology of events:

*** on 26/10/19 annual owners meeting decided in Orion City by majority of votes took decision to refuse Easy Home services and elected new Board Members of Orion City 

*** on 30/10/2019 General Manager of Easy Home Mr. Bekir SÖZEN informed Board Members that they were not ready to perform business handover

*** on 01/11/2019 Easy Home management was ready to forward to the Board Members only a small amount of cash and a copy of the contract about the repair. Business handover was not performed again  

*** on 05/11/2019 Easy Home was not ready again and Orion City Board Members issued a notary notification that the business handover should be done within 3 days. If this condition is not met Board Members will initiate court against Easy Home 

*** on 07/11/2019 General Manager of Easy Home Mr. Bekir SÖZEN informed Board Members that they has not received any notary notification and were not ready for business handover again  

*** on 09/11/2019 business handover from Easy Home to Board Members took place but a lot of important documents were not submitted. Act about this fact was drawn up by Orion City Board Members in the presence of a representative of an independent accounting company.
